There are three steps to requesting for Player Passes online:

  1. Complete this online entry form.
  2. Continue your payment via direct deposit, using the reference number and bank details received via email. (If you are a school you may request an invoice and pay using other means.)
  3. Details of your entry will be emailed to the email address you provide.
  4. See us at the venue to collect your player passes!
