Online Entry Forms

Once you have submitted your online entry form, you will be sent a confirmation email containing details of your entry. Payments can be made via direct deposit, using the reference number supplied. An invoice can be requested. Once your payment has been made, we will update your entry form details to reflect this payment.

Enter a Band

If your band is entering an event, you will need to enter and pay the entry fee. Once entered, you will be contacted with further contest information, including player registrations and sign-on procedures, music selections, draws and schedules.

Enter a Solo Event (Percussion) (Closed)

Enter a Quartet or Quintet Event (Closed)

There is no Solo Contest at the 2023 QLD State Band Championship.

Request Player Passes

To request player passes, you will need to complete the request and pay the required fee. Passes will be available at the event.
